As the partner in charge of my firm's litigation program, I want to thank you and your team of actors for your help over the past several years. Your actors show up on time, they are well-prepared with whatever materials we gave them to review in advance, and they do a nice job of breathing life into the characters during their mock depositions or trial testimony.
I also appreciate the collaborative nature of our working relationship. You and your team are always willing to take instructions to tailor your presentations to meet our training needs (for example, the witnesses may be more or less forthcoming or combative), and both you and the actors you supply have given me several useful ideas for strengthening our program.
—Walter C. Greenough of Schiff, Hardin & Waite
I have now had the opportunity to work with your team to present depositions at federal and state trials and to portray witnesses and even attorneys in mock jury exercises. I have been impressed with their quality. I also have appreciated your responsiveness, especially under what often have been tight deadlines.
—Arthur J. Howe of Schopf & Weiss
After the conclusion of the trial, the jurors noted that the actors were very effective in conveying the substance of the deposition testimony. Some even quoted lines from particular testimony. Your commitment to our client made our work that much easier and enjoyable.
—John Z. Lee of Grippo & Elden
The use of the actor with exhibits, such as x-rays and models, in my opinion, is much more demonstrative than the use of videotapes. The jury could actually see the models up close and did not have to strain to see a video screen which would not convey the same image. In fact, last summer we tried a case where the defense attorneys used videotapes and we used actors and it appeared that the judge and jury both considered the actors a better method of presenting testimony.
—John M. Burke of Burke & Burke, Ltd.
Thank you for your assistance finding actors to participate in our mock trial. All of the actors were well suited for their respective roles. In talking with clients who saw the presentation, the presentations by the actors was a key factor in the success of the trial.
—J. Stephen Poor of Seyfarth, Shaw, Fairweather & Geraldson
In our post trial discussions with the jury, we were told that the reading of the testimony by your actors made the testimony more interesting and was easier to pay attention to.
—Joseph A. Hinkhouse of Lord, Bissell & Brook
I decided to use a reader because the doctor involved did not have a commanding presence. For that reason, I chose your company rather than have the evidence deposition videotaped. I was very pleased with the results of that decision. Ed Shimp did a terrific job for us. I think the substantial verdict we received was in part due to his very capable presentation.
—John P. Scanlon of Martin J. Healy, Jr. & Associates
I will let you know that we have relied exclusively on Law Actors to provide us with the high caliber of talent that we have become accustomed to having, which has consistently met or exceeded our expectations as well as our clients’ expectations. Law Actors has always been able to provide individuals who can credibly and realistically portray key witness testimony that is not available through any other means (e.g, videotaped deposition). You have always been a pleasure to work with and have become an integral part of our team when providing the level of service that our demanding clients have come to expect over the years, with the likes of Kirkland & Ellis, Jones day, McDermott Will & Emery, Etc.
